Terms & conditions

The process consists of 4 stages:

• Initial styling appointment and service explanation
• Measuring / fitting of the party
• Delivering of the suits before the wedding / occasion
• Collection of the suits after the wedding / occasion

Measuring of the suits will take place in one location, at an agreed date and time. We strongly recommend that everyone who requires fitting for a suit is present on the agreed measuring day.

Upon proceeding, after your initial styling appointment a £100 booking deposit is required to secure your suit hire for your wedding / occasion. This will then be deducted from the total amount payable.

50% deposit is payable for your suit hire on the agreed measuring / fitting day.

The final balance of your suit hire will then be due on the agreed delivery date.

Should a member of the party fail to be present on the measuring day or an additional measuring day is requested, this will incur a small additional charge of £30 for an agreed return measuring visit.

Stress3Suits cannot take responsibility for poorly fitting garments if a member of the party provides their own measurements instead of being present on the measuring day.

Stress3Suits recommends that the party try on their suits following delivery to a nominated address, to check for fit. A charge of £30 will be made if we are required to return once leaving that address (however, if an error has been made by Stress3Suits there would be no charge).

The suits will be collected from a nominated address in the same area that they were delivered to on an agreed date and time

Late items will be charged at £20 per day

Lost items will be charged at cost for Stress3Suits to replace them

Should an order be cancelled post measurement day, the 50% deposit will be retained by Stress3Suits.

The insurance offered by Stress3Suits does not cover malicious damage or loss. The cover is for accidental damage only.
