When do you require payment?

Please refer to ‘our collection’ to establish which styles are available in both Adult and Childrens sizes.

Yes, however, this extra service will be chargeable.
What happens if a Groomsman gains or looses weight in between the measuring/fitting date and the Suit delivery?
We always allow enough time to sort any issues from point of delivery to your Wedding day. However, please do let us know if you are aware that a member of your party may have changed in size prior to the Suit delivery day.
Do my Groomsmen need to be present on the agreed suit delivery evening?
Ideally yes, they can then try on their Suits to double check the fit prior to your Wedding day.
What happens if a garment does not fit correctly once the Suits have been delivered?
In the unlikely event of a garment not fitting correctly, please contact us as soon as you are able to do so. We will then arrange to return with the size required to solve the issue.
Do you require us to get the Suits cleaned prior to returning them?
No – Please place all garments on hangers and pack in the individual Suit bags ready for collection.
We will be leaving to go on honeymoon soon after the Wedding. Are you able to collect the Suits from a friend or family member?
Yes – We are happy to collect the Suits from an alternative address in the proximity that the Suits were delivered.
What happens if Suits are not returned on time?
A daily charge of £15 will be applied per Suit until returned.
